Quality Management System Procedures outlined in the Quality Manual and to be implemented to this project are as follows:

The following listed programs are to be immediately performed after contract awarded:

1. Submission for Building Permit for the Project
(to be finished in 50 days)

• Load calculation for all structure member to be done, this is essential and required by the municipal authority.

2. Materials and Equipment Specifications
(to be finished in 1 month)

• The following materials/equipments must be specified of types, sizes, or even brand names (if required) :
  
  2.1 Steel for concrete structure - yield strength of steel
  
  2.2 Concrete - compressive strength of structure concrete
  
  2.3 Piles - bearing load for each pile, type, length and dimensions
  
  2.4 Electrical Equipment i.e. : transformer, panel boards, cables, Lighting Fixtures, switches and outlets.
  
  2.5 Sanitary Equipment i.e. : sanitary fixtures, piping , valves, sanitary fixtures, Pumps, waste disposal.
  
  2.6 Fire Protection System i.e.: fire pump, smoke detectors, heat detectors and fire alarm.
  
  2.7 Architectural i.e: doors, windows, floor, walls, roof tiles etc.
  
  2.8 Finishing & Built-In furniture, glass work, curtain and art-work.
  
  2.9 Others i.e. : elevators, telephone, antenna, pools, landscape, walkway  and parking space.

3. Bid Tendering (to be within 1.5 month)

• The above program of work linked to Tender program and plots tender events as :
  
  3.1 Issue of Tender ( invitation for bid )
  3.2 Tender period
  3.3 Tender return
  3.4 Appraisal period (bid analysis)
  3.5 Negotiation
  3.6 Contract Award.

4. Construction

• The construction period depend largely on the phase schedule, it is generally of :
  
  4.1 Contract signing or Letter of Intend issued
  4.2 Work contractor mobilization
  4.3 Construction duration
  4.4 Work phasing
  4.5 Commissioning periods
  4.6 Handovers

• ประติมากรรม สำหรับงาน โครงการ รีสอร์ท โรงแรม โรงงาน โรงพยาบาล เซอร์วิส อพาร์ตเมนท์ โกดัง อาคารพิเศษ
   

• งานจัดการใบอนุญาต ประกอบกิจการค้า อุตสาหกรรม ธุรกิจบริการ เป็นต้น
   

• งานศึกษาผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อมสิ่งแวดล้อม จัดทำรายงานผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยผู้รับอนุญาตจากทางราชการ
   

• งานคำนวณ ออกแบบ ก่อสร้าง ระบบระบายน้ำ
   

• โครงการพิเศษ งานผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะทาง พร้อมเครื่องมือพิเศษที่ทันสมัย
   

• งานออกแบบ ก่อสร้างห้องใต้ดิน ระบบป้องกันดินพัง
   

• งานซ่อมบำรุงรายปี ระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียโรงงาน สุขาภิบาล
   

• งาน ดันท่อ ลอด ถนน (เหล็ก,คอนกรีต)
   

• งานโครงสร้างเหล็ก
   

• งานโครงสร้าง คานเสริมเล็ก แก้ไข อาคาร ทรุดตัว งานซ่อมโครงสร้าง
